Save the date card envelopes
May 31st, 2011 by admin

champagne_envelope

We can also supply reasonably priced envelopes to go with your Save The Date Cards. Have a look on our website Prices page for details of colours and cost.

We will often suggest a colour of envelope to complement the card or text colour, which then adds to the overall quality presentation of your message. It’s always good to open a surprise envelope, especially when it’s an unexpected and nice surprise.

I’m especially impressed by the matt black envelopes, which have a simple quality appearance all of their own. For modern thinking couples, matt black makes quite a statement.

The Champagne coloured envelope shown here is a popular choice when full details for the forthcoming event have not been finalised.

Mar 15th, 2011 by admin

The weather has been very spring like the last few days, the daffodils are flowering and there will be a Royal Wedding soon. It is now time to order your cards for weddings this summer, autumn, winter or next spring. Please ask for a free Photo realistic proof of your card to be emailed to you. We can also post  you a free sample pack of our cards, so you can see past examples. We send best wishes to Catherine and John who have just received their Save The Date Cards. They chose to have magnet cards and holoprint foil. These look very effective when printed.

Save The Date Card trends
Feb 3rd, 2011 by admin

As the role of  Save The Date Cards becomes the norm in the UK, there are a multitude of ways that the important date can be announced. Printed balloons, coasters, printed mugs, hand embroidered tags, tee shirts and calendars to name but a few. Some may prefer to just write the date on a post-it and pop it in an envelope whilst others would go for inscribed silver necklaces. The possibilities are endless, but we feel that here at SaveTheDateCards.co.uk we have cards which cross all paths and levels of society. Designs can be simple or complex. Wording can be brief or descriptive. Card and ink colours combine to give totally different appearances to the same basic design.

Cards for next Year
Jan 26th, 2011 by admin

The majority of our orders are for cards to inform potential guests about Weddings next year, but some choose to give less notice. While you could think the idea is to let others plan their holidays and event so they don’t clash with your own, there is another way of looking at the big picture. Sometimes it’s satisfying to be more spontaneous. Too much planning means extra waiting and not everyone wants to do that. Make a decision, arrange a venue, check all the details then start to think about cards: alternatively decide on a date and simply order Save The Date Cards with minimal information.

Save The Date Jane and Jonathan 24-08-2011.

What a delightfully enigmatic little message.

Just think of the questions being raised in the minds of your friends and family.

It’s worth considering if you have a mischievous streak.

January Discount offer
Jan 21st, 2011 by admin

There is just a week left of our January offer of 20% discount on cards paid for this month. Save The Date Cards prices are always competitive, but with the general news about our British economy we felt a special offer was a way to bring a little bit of sunshine into the New Year.

If you see a design you like but want it for a different occasion just ask. If we can change a design to suit, we will.

We have produced cards for Silver Wedding celebrations, Golden Weddings, Civil Partnerships and occasionalyl as the Wedding Invitation itself.

One of our interesting cards was produced for a Graduation Ball for a group of enterprising students, who recognised that our method of producing cards makes them difficult to copy.

The special appearance created by using Foil cannot be imitated by ink jet or laser printers. Hot Foil imparts a High Quality finish to our cards and a memorable beginning to your Special Occasion.
